Purpose of Our Community
Our private community, currently hosted on WhatsApp, exists to help enrolled dentists support one another with real case questions, share wins, and stay connected between course modules and live coaching calls.
Be Respectful
Treat every member with professionalism and respect, even when you disagree. No harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.
Protect Patient Privacy
Never share identifiable patient information, including names, faces, or other protected details, without proper de-identification and any consent required by law. You are responsible for complying with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws when discussing cases.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
This group is for course-related discussion, not for advertising unrelated products, services, or job postings. Please don’t add contacts to the group without permission.
Stay On-Topic
Keep discussions focused on aligner treatment planning, case support, and topics related to the course. Off-topic promotional or political discussion may be removed.
Confidentiality
Please don’t screenshot or share conversations from the community outside the group without the consent of the people involved.
Moderation
Shapiro Orthodontic Academy reserves the right to remove any message or member that violates these guidelines, at our discretion, without prior notice.
